Amal Hassan is a Nigerian technology entrepreneur, Founder and CEO of Outsource Global, and Co-Founder of Bluetag Group, driven by a vision to use technology, enterprise and innovation to create opportunities and transform lives across Africa.

Under her leadership, Outsource Global has grown into one of Africa’s leading technology-enabled business services companies, with over 3,000 employees across five delivery locations, serving clients across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Japan and Africa. Beyond Outsource Global, Amal has built and co-founded businesses and initiatives under the Bluetag ecosystem that use technology to address critical challenges in talent, employment and economic inclusion. These include Worknation, a technology-enabled talent platform with over 300,000 talent profiles, connecting African talent to local and global opportunities, and outsource to Nigeria, an initiative championing Nigeria as a global destination for BPO, Global Business Services and technology-enabled services.
