Ibijoke Grace Faseun is a strategy, product and organisational transformation leader with over 18 years of experience across financial technology, banking, energy, automotive, consulting and the public sector. Her career spans work with government agencies, consulting firms and organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, Ecobank, United Bank for Africa (UBA), Venture Garden Group (VGG), EDF Energy and VigiPay.

Her expertise spans product strategy, digital payments, operational excellence, agile delivery and organisational design. She helps organisations clarify their purpose, translate strategy into practical action, and connect people, processes and technology to deliver better outcomes.

As Head of Strategy & Products at VigiPay, Ibijoke has helped guide the fintech’s journey from start-up to scale, supporting growth from zero to billions of naira in daily transaction value. Her leadership has spanned strategic direction, product development, partnerships, market expansion and the operational capabilities needed to sustain growth. She brings particular expertise in cross-border payments, remittances and merchant payment solutions. Her work with government agencies includes organisational restructuring, digital transformation and service improvement; helping institutions connect their mandates to clear outcomes, effective structures and accountable delivery.

Ibijoke’s career has been shaped by a drive to solve problems wherever they emerge. Her experience across customer service, project delivery, operations, product management and strategic leadership gives her a broad understanding of how organisations work and what enables them to improve. As a consultant, facilitator and coach, she helps teams strengthen their capabilities, collaborate across functions and take ownership of results.

She holds an MSc in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School and a BSc in Economics from Covenant University, alongside professional certifications in agile coaching, project management, IT governance and information security.
