Rilwan Adeyemi Alebiosu is a Change, Culture and Innovation Manager, with over 14 years of professional experience spanning organizational transformation, change management, project delivery, innovation, banking and business development.
He is a Prosci Certified Advanced Change Practitioner and Project Management Professional (PMP®), with additional expertise in business architecture, design thinking and innovation management. In his current role, Rilwan supports the development and implementation of initiatives that strengthen change adoption, organizational culture, employee engagement and innovation across the institution.
Before transitioning into organizational transformation, he held several leadership and relationship-management roles within Nigeria’s banking industry, where he managed high-value portfolios, structured major financing transactions and led business-growth initiatives. Rilwan holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a PhD in Policy and Strategic Studies at the University of Abuja. His professional interests include organizational transformation, institutional capacity, innovation adoption, strategy execution and the role of technology in enabling sustainable economic and industrial development.
