Fahad Garba Aliyu is the Managing Partner at Ignite Capital, a diversified investment and advisory firm bridging private capital with Africa’s growth sectors. He is also a Co-Founder of the Abuja Economic Dialogue (AED) — a high-level policy and private-sector forum that convenes economists, business leaders, and policymakers to shape Nigeria’s economic trajectory through data-driven insight and reform-focused discussions.
Fahad brings over a decade of experience spanning investment strategy, venture development, and social innovation. He has served as National Director of the Hult Prize Nigeria, mobilizing young innovators to create scalable impact ventures, and has advised on multiple projects in infrastructure, energy, agribusiness, and venture capital across Africa.
An alumnus of Hult International Business School (MBA) and Middlesex University (MSc), Fahad is passionate about building Africa’s next generation of institutions that align commercial success with sustainable development. Through Ignite Capital and the Abuja Economic Dialogue, he continues to drive conversations and investments that bridge public policy and private capital — strengthening trust, transparency, and growth in emerging markets.
