Dr. Muhammad Aminu Lawal is a digital policy and technology strategist serving as Special Assistant to the Director-General of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), with a focus on digital transformation and technology policy. His work spans emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, data governance, cybersecurity and the development of policies that support Nigeria’s digital economy.
